You want my honest opinion?

The layout, graphics i like

Not sure if i like the message its sending to a prospect your pointing this at (commercial restaurants/property owners)

I would probably focus more on my services for commercial in the video- showcase my company as opposed to showcasing dirty storefronts

thats just me though- nothing that cant be tweeked
 
I like it, but seemed crowded at times.a lot was going on.

Mike man, I love constructive criticism. I think you're right... I was pointing out negative stuff and maybe I should focus on the positive stuff. Thanks for your feedback buddy.

Chris, tell me a little bit about what made it feel busy? was there a particular part?

Dan, I used a software called videoscribe and some music I found on Google lol.
 
I think the video concept just needs a little more thought...

Something I've been learning more about is Video Marketing & how it ties in with overall marketing concepts... But I was more worried about just slapping together a video than really focusing on the content.

First off its a long video. I like the hand drawing cartoon theme, but when the hand is scribbling around you gotta keep up with the visual of what's happening with the explanation and the music. I think a shorter one that's more to the point instead of explaining everything step by step.

Great video Luis but I would make a few minor changes though if I were you......

At the very beginning where it says "Run" a Restaurant , Shopping Center, Ect you might want to put "Own, Manage or Operate" instead.

At the very end where the 2 arrows are and it says "Call Us Now" in yellow it's a little hard to read over the black. I might think about putting that in Red.

I can't hear the music on it though my computer speakers are shot. I'm glad I was home to see the video though.

I'm actually suppose to be out of town right now but everyone on here knows my truck decides to take a vacation whenever it wants.
 
Dave you definitely "ONE - UPPED" me! Looks great man.

I have taken everyone's thoughts, and I will have an updated one this weekend!
