We move into our first warehouse/office in the downtown Phoenix area this week!!

I am very proud to move into a commercial facility... My business partner and I have been running everything out of our garages for the last three years. It feels great to move into a commercial facility. We got a smokin deal because of the economy!

We pay $750.00 a month for a 2500sq ft warehouse and 400sq ft office. :thumbup2:

Our landlord is fixing up the place right now putting up some drywall and cleaning it all up because it has been sitting for so long unoccupied... He has to make it renter friendly so these pics are during the remodel. But I can fit all three rigs prob another two or three more... And the bay door is HUGE!

APS made me put down a $800 deposit just to turn on our electricity... Only electric companies can rip people off like that... Still happy tho :grin:

Where are the pictures of the fleet/rigs?

This Bathroom is Larger than your normal Restroom, do not try this at your home.
 
Nice Job Ty, looks great. Drive by 1040 east indian School that was my first office. Where it all started before I moved into My spare Bedroom or Bathroom.

I still own the buildings, still store equipment there because its centrally located. I saved a fortune in Fuel. I have more work in Phx and north Phx than any place in the Valley. Despite I live in the east , properties are not serviced as often in the east.

Central Phx is where all the major guys are, around the corner from my indian School shop is another guy with at least 15 machines. Fleetwash is also located in Phoenix

Phx is the place for pressure Washers....
