Hey , Ladies and Gents

My friends call me Bleu, I'm from New York. Im currently starting a new Pressure Washing/ Mobile Detailing business in NY. I currently attend college and work part time. Im looking to take this business off so I can have some financial freedom I have a family and I'm in a mode right now, where I just want to better my families life I could care less about me personally. I see a lot of opportunity in NYC, everyday I walk by business, houses and restaurants filled with dirt and graffiti. Or being a chef currently, knowing the importance of needing your kitchen deep cleaned at least once a month. Im really looking forward to grabbing this opportunity and running with it. I would appreciate any guidance, tips, help, advice. Im all ears, I Shut Up and Listen !lol.

If any one has any advice for what I definitely need to get started, besides business cards, detergents, pressure washer, 200' of hoses, jet tips (once that move in circular motion), Xjet (for soap), PPE, extension pole, attachment to do driveways and sidewalks,.
Also detergents I have in mind
elephant snot for graffiti (porous, metal, wood so on )
Red Raider - degreaser
snotmenade - surfactant (roof and Brick ?)
britenalol and cleans (siding/oxidation removal)
and a couple others don't have my notebook left it at work lol ( I'm writing and researching and learning all day)

if someone can tell me any chemicals the recommend and if they can write what their used for

any mistakes I should beware of making.

and if anyone is in NY if they can give advice on pricing I have a good idea I would like to match and see if I'm doing it right.
also what I should be spending to get started if anyone has a place I can order from and not break the bank. I'm using money I've saved up and stopped putting in my kids college fund for the last couple months so I could save and not have to worry about that just pay whatever it is thanks to the business doing well.

thanks for taking time to read this and look forward to meeting as many people as I can and absorbing as much I can.

I start a week to 2 weeks from today , depends on when business cards and business paper work come in

I also have question about whether I should do sole proprietorship or LLC, or nothing when first beginning

Best Regards
Bleu
