My Trailer Re-build

I am stripping my trailer and re-building it. I thought I would tell you a little about it. I have had a reclaim system built to my specs with new and used parts for a fraction of the price and double the performance of most purchased equipment. I have been picking a lot of peoples brains to come up with this. Those who have helped Thank You for your advice.

My trailer is 7 x 20 tandem with 7500lbs axles
Currently has
1 8gpm hot water skid
1 8gpm cold water unit
1 vertical hotbox
1 535 gallon tank
1 125 gallon chem tank
1 yamada ndp-15
1 all-flo pump
1 air compressor
4 summit hose reels 2 pressure 1 chem 1 fill hose
1 50 gallon diesel tank
1 5500w generator

What it will have
1 38hp diesel engine powering a 576 cfm 17"hg vaccum blower and a 5.5 gpm pump
2 8gpm cold water units
1 vertical burner (looking to add another)
1 125 gallon chem tank
1 535 gallon water tank
1 50 gallon diesel tank
4 reels (3 pressure w/200ft each and one water line 150ft)
2 55 gallon drums 1 for sediment one with oil pillows
1 pool pump
2 48 sq ft de filters
1 5500 w generator

I will also have my 6 x 12 with
1 8gpm hot water skid
1 225 gallon water tank ( will be upgraded to a 325)
1 125 gallon chem tank
1 air compressor
1 yamada ndp15
1 allflo
3 reels (1 pressure w/250ft, 1 feed w/100ft, 1 chem w/200ft)

I have
1 20" landa waterjet
1 30" steel eagle adjustable (set up for reclaim)
1 20" Hammerhead
1 28" big guy
2 18" whisper classic (broken)

Cool reclaimer, I put mine together for alot less than spec units as well. there was a Tuthill 5" blower on ebay for $200 buy it now last week.

Am I seeing what I think i am seeing? The vacuum blower coupled to the engine with a lovejoy coupler and off the engine pulley a belt to drive the pressure washer pump? If so, that is some great engineering there and very smart to use up that hp from that engine.

Will you be running that vacuum all the time? If not then I would rig up clutches to disengage the vacuum so it is not turning if it is not needed.

Maybe it just looked that way in the picture.

That will be an awesome trailer rig Kory.

Post more pictures.

Here is the slow progress on the 6x12 I still need to add the skid in the picture to the trailer. That should be done on Tue.

Sucks rebuilding trailers! I used to enjoy putting one together but after building/rebuilding a few of them I almost want to draw it out and pay someone else to do it my way

Have you had a chance to use the reclaim unit yet? It looks like a monster.....any in action pics?
