My new Sirocco setup

I finally got my reclaim trailer 95% done. I need to get a hose to connect the OWS to the filters. here are some pictures. Now I need to practice on some driveways. I'm glad it was modular or I would have had to get a bigger trailer. I don't have room for the hose reel.

Good job fitting everything on that trailer! Looks tight, what are your weight predictions loaded with water? does the system just carry the 300 or so gallons that the IBC tote holds or do the filter banks, OWS, etc. take a prime "per say" of water to run properly? Is that two pressure washers on there too! Nice organization.

That looks amazing, what are the upright black tanks that have the blue tops for?

Thanks Greg.

The black tanks are the waste recovery tank and auto pump out. They might be good for the carpet cleaning but they are needed for the reclaim.
The vacuum is connected to the waste tank. It vacuums through the red sand trap tanks on the side into the bottom of the waste tanks then pumps out to the oil water separator then to the filters then back into the water supply tank.
Nigel Griffith gave me a good tip I'm going to do. He said it would help to put a settlement tank between the waste tank and ows. I will use a 250 gal tote tank on the truck, the water from the waste tank will go into it through a pipe that will have the water going in low in the tank. Then I will leave it gravity feed to the ows. Thaw ill leave some dirt settle for 15 or more minutes. That should keep the filters running longer between cleaning. We will use that for parking deck.

If you have baffles and channels in the tank, more will settle out, all the larger oil/water separators have the internal baffles and channels for this reason. I would not use a regular tank. You could get a tote tank, remove the top and have baffles made and install them, buy a tank with baffles and make channels or buy one already made to do this (most expensive option but ready to use).

Giving the wash water a channel to travel through and baffles to go up/over or around will help the system work better.

They are 80 gallon recovery tanks with 2 pump outs. They are an option over having 2-30 gallon drums with dual pump outs that are the traditional setup you are used to seeing.

We built the trailer ourselves. I had to move things around a few times to get it balanced.
As far as weight, it is up there with the water but we will not be towing it full of water.
I have a Alkota 5 gpm to run a 21" Sirocco surface cleaner and a 8 gpm with a hot box to run a 30" surface cleaner.
I like the idea of the baffles in the tank. I have a old water boy filter that has baffles that will be better then the tote tank I was planning on.
