My Flatbed @ 26gpms @ 3000+psi for Parking garage cleaning etc

Here's some Pics of my Flatbed that can produce 26gpm @3000 + psi. We can't put them together yet to make it one and I'm not sure yet if that can be done since they are different rated machines. But here is the Breakdown. The Hot Burner on the back left side is plummed into the 30hp Kohler Engine on the back right side which is Gear driven and rated @10.5 GPM @ 3300psi. The Mi-T-M has a 27hp Kohler engine which is rated at 8.5 GPM @ 3200psi. The 2 cold water units off the truck are over 10 yrs old and both have had numerous Engine and pump changes and there rated at 3.5gpm @3000psi and there plummed together to make 7gpm @3000 psi.

We use the Swabby for the 10.5gpm, The 38" 3 bar Hydrotek Surface machine of 2 smaller surface machines on the 8.5gpm Mi-t-m and all this with hot water and the 2 cold water machines are used for rinsing behind the surface machines.

When where done with the Hot water and the Surface machines we use all PW's @ cold water to rinse.

Is this the best system...Noooooo.. but it works pretty efficiently for large flatwork jobs.

This Parking garage pics here is for a garage we maintain every year.

Quick note we put 2 hose reels under Flatbed to open up space up top. The water tanks hold close to 900 gallons which even with 2 water hookups they can get pretty low when all machines are running.

Here's a couple of more pics. Wait to you see my Reclaiming set-up... it would make Sanford and Son look like Hi end contractors. Basically on that part we dam up the drains and let the water evaporate and then we vacuum up what we can thru a filter and shovel up the sludge. One of the Cheapest ways to go to be somewhat CWA compliant.

Sure would love to have a Sirocco set-up one year when I'm back in the money:yes:

All those Kohlors sitting there mmm nice very nice.Time to upgrade to 1/2 inch hose with all those large volume machines.

We have them. My other truck there had all kinds of hoses and extra items in it. We even mix 1/2" at times with 3/8". Thats when where over 500' from the truck.

Great looking truck John!

I wish I could find a long bed truck like that here, I would like to make up something similar but would also fit into parking garages.

I heard that John is really a Cop, he only does pressure washing partime. They have even said he might be the largest partime pressure washer alive!!!

Shhhhh.. Where staining a house this upcoming week... along with overloading with other work.... Kathy now goes out in the field at times because I am spread way to thin. Monday my guys are doing a Roof Job, A house stripping job and a deck Job. They'll leave 7am when I'm getting home. Tuesday there doing a couple of houses and a Condo unit where Kathy has to be there for an hour.... Me.. I'll be at a Luncheon that day to collect my "Cop of the year award" and then out the door I go to chase down more work.

The question is do I see if I can get a part in the Gotti Movie being filmed since Flimsy Lohan is getting a part. I did give his press anouncement when he came back home to keep the reporters at bay for John Jr. officials announcement the next day. Just when I get out they drag me back in:banghead:

Man that trailer is messy. Clean it up man!!!!
:grin: I use to try to but that trailer has been to hell and back and everything under the sun is in there. It even went on fire which is why you see the blown out holes covered in tin on the side, front and up top that was caused by the FD. Yes we learned from that. No more flamable tarps kept in there. But for the trailer being a mess it does get straightened out every other week but when the guys start kicking but on the jobs the trailer gets filled up with everything they need and then some.

That trailer is my roving bank. There is nothing in there that can't solve the problem at hand. Thats the reason why I got 5500lb axles added to it. and when locked up no one sees inside. There is even a piss station in there.....shhh I never said that...and a portable shitter with chemicals which so far in 3 yrs has never been used....I dont think:indecisive:

John, does the swabby clean as good as a smaller surface cleaner? Like if you put it beside a 30" or 24" Steel Eagle, will it clean as thoroughly as the smaller surface cleaners?

I am thinking about maybe selling my Turbo Twister as I have not found a job for it yet.

Thanks.

If everything is the same coming out of each tip then the Swabby is twice as fast in cleaning...except for those real small surface machine like the 12" one. I used someone's one time and those little surface machines are something else..

Chris do you have the ability to run 8gpm thru you Turbo twister? If so try doing an area somewhere and clean the same amount with the twister and another surface machine you have... Because the twister the bars are spinning into the spray it should be faster.
