large truck fleet

Looking for sub contractors to help wash large truck fleet.
100 to 300+ trucks and trailers at each site.
Must have 2 step washers and have water reclamation equipment.
Most of the fleet is east of the Mississippi.
Each state has at least four locations.
Job only can be done on weekends.
Just how large of fleet 5000+ trucks& trailers
