Is this setup any good?

My first thought is why would you need that big of a piece of equipment? Next is, how are you going to supply it with water? A 1000 gallon tank will last you about 17 minutes at that flow rate, and you do not even know for sure how much an inch and a half line will weigh.
Although it would be cool to have something like this, and it might even work for what you want, in all honesty, I thin that practicality of it is lacking. The pump flows too much, the parts are too expensive for the quantity of work that it could do, and you could have all sorts of problems with other thigns on the truck.
The only way that I could see it beign useful is in a parking lot. You could rig up a boom system, and just drive the truck around the lot and pressure wash the whole thing, and remember to turn the water off so that you do not dig holes in the concrete when you stop. Remember, the firs departments use a 60 gpm line at very low pressure line around zero to knock down walls.
