How much should each employee be able to make for the company to make them worthwhile? Should the labor rate be 15%, 20%, 25% something different? What is you guys thoughts?
I am not talking about paying yourself. I am talking about sending jim bob out and off of his labor alone he makes the company $ 100,000 per year. What would you pay HIM.
