How do you make a Web Site?

Hi Big Boy, Glad you learned how to make a Web Site. Would love to learn myself how to do the moving letters or even pictures. If you can or anyone else just tell me the fundamentals of getting started. Thanks
 
Before I tell you how to make the words move across the screen let me tell you how to use the colors in your post the easy way.If You'll notice at the top of the post your making there are several buttons to choose from B is for bold text,I is for alalic text and the U is for underlineing your text.Before you start your post choose a text if you want one not necessary b/c the board has on,then click on the arrow for the dropdown on colors,scroll down and click a color.This should have added text at the top of your post( B or ? plus the color you chose with this--> [?]at the being and end of each text.Start you post and when done go back up to the top where the buttons are and click on close all tags make sure you do this......dat the easy way to get your colors in the thread.....I'm not going to close this text to let you see about how it works,if you don't close it nothing will happen.

this [?] and this <?> is opening tags,this[/] and this </> is closeing tags and to get the words to move across the board it best to use this tag <?......</? .. the color tags can be either.

The moving text is called marquee and its best to apply it at the bottom of the post.

start by typeing the word marquee and put the opening tags,one in front and one in back of marquee<.......>type the text you want to scroll acroos the page,when close your text by useing the close tag</???????>,where the ? mark is type the word marquee.
This should make your text move across the page after you click submit.
I'm not to close the color on this marquee to show you how to add color to your moving text.

Thanks, Big Boy for the help. Just bought Web Page Designer at Office Depot it was on sale for $4.99. There are over a hundred pages of instructions. Probably take me time to figure it out. Most of the instructions you gave are in there so I will practice on my own before trying it out on here. Anna
