House i bidded on as a lot of dirt on it, doesn't look like it would come clean again. Is there something i can use for this house to be white again? I told the home owner it was not worth washing. any remarks will be appreciated

Thanks

Sounds like it needs new aluminum siding, I like the rpc 675 for aluminum and gutters, which is sold by Steven Rowlett....

But I dont take alot of aluminum, since people wait untill you can not fix it with water and chem....

Did 2 aluminum houses today with steves chems. both came out great and they looked horrible to start.

I wash about 8 aluminum sided houses a year. I don't do too many due to most around here have vinyl siding and if they dont, ive noticed several ,while going down the road ,having the aluminum siding removed and replaced with vinyl. It's been my observation around here that about 30 -40% of aluminum houses need to be repainted so make sure you always discuss this with your customers when giving them the estimate and offer to do a test area where the sun hits the house the most. That is gonna be your problem area. But I always make them aware it may have to be painted depending on the level of oxidization.

For larger items, mix a solution of one part water to one part vinegar. Wipe it on the item with a soft cloth and buff till shiny. Rinse and dry. You can also use this solution to clean the outside of an aluminum pan.
