Hiring WORTHWHILE employees

Sorry guys, did not see this till now. Health, dental, vacation, retirement. I have had a guy with me now for nearly a month. I think he will work out well. I guess only time will tell though. So far, it has been great
 
I am having the same questions however I am looking for an employee not a helper if that makes sense. I am getting too many accounts to be at each one every time. I need someone that i can trust, allow to sevice a set amount of properties each night and not have to stand over while they are doing the job. The position i have available at this time is the night shift supervisor. I posted the link to my craigslist ad here and have had decent luck weeding out the crazies with all of my stipulations.
