Installed a Grease Gutter system, but other than that had a great day.

Thanks for The BD Grease Cake. Smells good. I wonder if they'll let me add birthday candles to the NFPA as a way to light up the ductwork?

LOL. I just heard about a guy in our area that was talking about how he uses a blow torch to get the fans really clean. Funny thing is, I don't think there is anything in the NFPA 96 that goes against that.

Thats funny.I have used a propane torch (outside )on my own equipment that I buy and sell(restaurant equipment) when it's really thick with grease.It softens the grease to help you scrape it off.I would never do that on someone elses property.I just tried it one day when I bought a bunch of pressure fryers that were really thick with grease a long time ago before I even owned a pressure washer,and it worked .Like I said before I would never do that commercially on someone elses property(had to say that again before I get flamed by the safety/professional patrol!) I have to add I came up with the idea after drinking a few cold ones and staring at that two inch thick grease down the sides of those fryers in my shop.I had a fire extinguisher there just in case
