Sorry but my computer skills are very limited and I am not entertainment central. But the hood they were cleaning is much like the ones we clean in MA. Not too much grease but in order to stay compliant they get it done. Really. Just about any degreasing chemical with hot water and foamer can remove a light coating of grease, correct? I am always interested in a great chemical just because using electric machines and restaurant hot water does cause the job to be longer than with a hot water and a 2500 plus psi machine. I have tried Zep, Bonzai, The Degreaser, Hood Pro from Envirospec, Cling, Sodium Hydroxide, Potassium Hydroxide, and HD Mel from Power America and many others that I can't remember. None
proved better than Potassium Hydroxide with Dawn. I use sodium hydroxide because it is almost as good and comes in pellet form ( no dust) which potassium does not. I am not showing videos here and trying to push some product. Here I try to learn and help as best I can but you won't find me jumping from product to product with weak videos like the one just shown. Need more than some pretty face and a wand. Joke joke.
