Golf Course Dirt Dust!

Have been working in a new development where they are building homes around new golf courses. The black dirt is flying all over and sticking on homes and out door furniture. Normal cleaning does not get it off after it has been baked on for months without alot of time and effort. Guess they don't want to do anything until the last house is finished. What is a good product to use to speed up the process? These home are all vinyl siding.

I use caustic based cleaner on this type of Job.

Be careful you don’t have any plants that come in direct contact with this chemical, know your soil PH.

I don’t recommend washing roofs with this type of chemical. Stay away from asphalt or oil based products.

The vinyl siding should be fine. Most fleet wash products can be used to wash houses and usually I found they do a better job than some generic house wash product.

As far as naming a store ought chemical that’s impossible because I’ve been mixing my own chemicals so long I don’t know any name brand chemicals.

KO & ZEP products are good products. Also ask the distributors in that section they might have something that’s proven just for this circumstance.

Golf Course Dirt Dust?

Thanks Ron for the help. I copied it down will keep it as reference for Vinny. Alot of pressure washers are using citrus orange but don't think that is the answer either.
