Achievements: first Women President of the Largest Cleaning Industry Organization. Kristy went on to Build a Bridge between BOMA & the National Organization for contractors around the world to be recognized Nationwide through a program called "Smart BUYER".

Kristy Started her business in 2013 primarily as a Softwash Company. She seek the best training that was available in the industry. Attending the 2013 Houston Convention this was when her life began to change. She saw contractors of all different sorts, regular maintenance programs was intriguing. This was the turn for her business, she had met contractors who had built routes. She quickly saw this was her future, her husband at the time was a USPS Carrier and wanted to quit working. Kristy began Soliciting these types of accounts. Success was not easy at first she starting sending proposal after proposal. She was nearly ready to give up on the industry and one day a call came in. SHE CLOSED a 50,000 annual account with 19 locations. Shortly after She closed a WHALE totaling over 80,000 in annual sales. Her husband Darren was able to join her on the Journey. The rest is history, she began expanding her business. She was able to take on historical restoration jobs to ad to her portfolio & knowledge. She credits many mentors from the National Organization who helped her over the years.

Today Kristy has dedicated to the training of contractors giving back what was given to her. She's not just and inspiration to our industry but to her entire community. Kristy works within her own community to make it a better place. Training Contractors the proper way builds a better market and when competition knows what we are worth the community is stronger. She has been cleaning up San Antonio one property at a time. Educating the customers that regular maintenance is all part of health and safety.

Come out to Houston and Meet the Whites!!! Kristy looks forward to every event, as these events changed her life.

Presenting: “Business Startup Basics and Social Media Presence”
Time:10:30am Feb 11th

Heath Felps Bio: I was born and raised in a very small town in Central Texas. I am a 20 year Navy retired veteran, I served in the Submarine service for my entire career. I served on both coasts and was a fast attack submariner as well as a “coner” meaning I worked forward of the water tight door. I served on 3 submarines and completed 2 shore duty tours. I’ve made 4 Western Pacific deployments, 2 Eastpacs, more local operations than I ever want to remember, ORSE’s, TRE’s, and taken a submarine under ice from Pearl Harbor, HI to the North Pole to Norfolk, VA. I retired from the Navy honorably as a Chief Petty Officer. I enjoyed serving our country and during that service I’ve seen 45 of the 50 United States and 18 countries. I completed my Bachelors in Business Administration in Business Management during my Navy career.
