First time bidding a commercial building wash

I received a call from a local Holiday Inn yesterday for a building wash. They want the entire building washed, no sidewalks or parking. It is 4 stories (approx 350'L x85'W) Most of the building looks to be stucco but the bottom 10-15 feet is stone. Also complicating things is that this is not a perfect rectangle building with flat sides. There are several features that extend from the building sides as shown in the pictures which add to the total area to be washed. I have priced out a lift.

I am looking for help on pricing. Any other suggestions or advice are welcomed as well.

Thanks, Austin

Get the front done between 12-2 pm. The rest will be easy. Shouldn't take more than a full day, maybe less, to complete, if you have the right equipment, personnel, and know how to do it. You've got gutters all the way around so make sure they aren't copper, which I doubt they are. Also if the coping isn't too dirty looks like an easy job.

As for pricing, thats up to your market, What I can get here is totally different than what other areas can get. Call or text me next week if you need help.

A holiday inn around here was lot worse looking then that called, only quote they had was $13k, too big for me, but yeah there was some money to be made. The customer had high expectations, I didn't want a never ending job where I could have lost my shirt. The company that quoted didn't inform the customer of all the reclaim that was needed and all the parking issues they would have had.

That's about $4200 + lift IF you need one (I don't think so). You'll need a dedicated chem system and a roof mix, stucco is stubborn and sensitive. You'll need a ground guy to wet landscape and probably a flagger to be safe, someone to caution pedestrians.
