Does anyone use a detailed estimate sheet for residential washing or roof cleaning?

I use a detailed estimates via an email template still refining it but it has been pretty successful. My biggest plus is a link to youtube video for demonstration. Just linked the video about two months ago since then it has been when can you get it done.

This was a different situation but it made me take a look at my estimates, it was a $1200 french drain installation my price was $100 lower than the other contractor but their estimate was detailed (such as we will put rocks around corrugated pipe, which i didn't do thinking that is common sense for a french drain) the potential customer went with the other contractor initially but needed to ask him a question and he never returned her call.

Bottom line is it looks like you know what your talking about and that you have done a few.

Here's the one I been using for a while now, works great for my needs and totally customized for my business. Find one that works for you and makes you stand out from the Competetion.

You can go to WWW.valueprint.com and look at their samples. I too write everything out. Our customers need to know whats being done and even if we don't
charge for a service, write down the No charge, it is a tax write off.

Thanks guys, it's in a carbon copy book just like my receipts, I write it one time and get three copies, customers tell us all the time how professional it looks, I'll take every edge I can get.
