Sirroco. Jerry that is.

Que Flat and Scruggs.

Had a problem with a burner unit that I called Jerry about. After 15 minutes of helping me trouble shoot, Jerry asked me what kind of unit it was. It dawned on me that I hadn't told him that it was his skid we were dealing with. He was going to take however long it took to walk me through fixin the problem even he thought it was another manufacturers. He Said people call him all the time about other units. He just helps them out.
So now that we established that it was his skid and an hour and a half later, (the time spent being in direct correlation to the mechanical dim-wittedness of the person on this side of the phone,) Problem was solved and Jerry got a part sent to the local grainger for pick up.
Which leads to another issue. Whenever I've needed a part, Jerry has it ready for pick up at the local grainger, saving me a decent amount in shipping. Last part he sent, I checked their catalog, and it was 30 percent cheaper buying through him!
Now how many manufacturers take the time to answer the phone, spend time trouble shooting not only his own products but others as well, and try to save you money too!

Buy sirrocco. Buy Bully Dog.

'Nuff Said.

I like helping people.. and "sustainable relationships",
..and the referrals.. just like you do.
call me "old school" :{)

I have never done business with Jerry, but have met him at a few shows. He seems kind, reasonable and straight-foward. I have never heard a complaint about his business. Thanks for telling us about your experience.

I will have to agree with Jon, my hotsy machine messed up by letting water down the burner one day the local shop wanted a huge amount of money to check for a problem, I called Jerry up and he was nice enough to talk me through everything that needed to be done to fix the problem. I will stand up for Jerry he is a very good business person and great designer. Jerry is setting the road that ALL companies should do for there customers but choose not to.

I look forward to buying a couple of Jerry's Bulldog Hot water pressure washing units in the near future. Thats what customer service means to us and we need to keep Jerry in business for the long run.

I had the same experience with Jerry last week. I had a Honda motor that was not running. I knew it would run after I put fuel down the throat of the carburetor, and that it was getting fuel to the carburetor. It was really frustrating. I had even rebuilt the carburetor, figuring that it was something internal. I talked with him for a total of about 5 minutes, and he mentioned what it could be. Turned out it was th solenoid sticking at the base of the carburetor. Cleaned up the plunger, and away I went. That machine has run perfect since I did a fix that took a total of 10 minutes, once I figured out what the problem was.
