I’ve recently started experimenting with indoor gardening and I’m looking to optimize my setup. I’ve read a lot about different lighting options, and I keep coming across smart LED grow lights.
I’m curious how these compare to traditional LED or fluorescent lights in terms of energy efficiency, light spectrum, and plant growth results.
Are there particular features I should prioritize, like app control, scheduling, or adjustable spectrum?
