Casino Pressure Washing in Indiana...

yep! We did them during the week in the middle of the month.

Reason? Govt checks come out on the 1st and 3rd and by the middle of the month all that bogus traffic is gone and we have less liability then plus it also cuts way down on the foot traffic we have to worry about.

For some reason those types of people dont pay attention too well down here and they all want handouts and change when they loosa all their money and act like its our fault!

I do 3 Atlantic City casino's. We do all of the Flatwork. Including the walkways surrounding building, valet areas, entrances to parking garages, etc. Very big jobs but well worth it!

Wow! Almost all the casinos here have their own equipment. They just don't know how to use it. The employees get around $16/hr to do it. Most of the one's I've seen working at night are using Landa H/W units mounted on golf cart type trucks with 1-2 surface cleaners going at once on the unit. NOTE: I've only seen them cleaning INTERIOR courtyard type areas and the FRONT sidewalks. They don't care about any areas that people don't normally complain about like garages.

They also have some stock Landa trailer units that they pull around with golf carts.

I spoke to the employee at this casino. He says they clean the garage every month. :neo: (wands only) Does this look like a month of dirt?

I don't go after Casino work - not even coils (except for small local casinos) I got burned by Casino bankruptcies in the dry cleaning business. (and that was during the BOOM times of 2002-2006!) The ones here are not good credit risks.

Good work DJ. Places like that are mecca's for referrals! We started with 1 Casino in Atlantic City and with 2 weeks had 2 more begging us to come give a free demo. After the demo, the rest was history..... Keep up the good work!

looks good DJ, very nice work

Wow, it's too bad our casinos don't support local businesses.

Most people don't know that the strip is just a small section of this great city.

I hope they continue to do their own work because if the Casinos go away, the city will die.

Thanks to Ron, and the money he donates to our economy through the local casinos our taxes are low. DJ, when are you going to come out here and make your donation? (Gambling losses are a writeoff. Did you know that?)

I almost wish we could grow some mold or algae out here so I could get paid to remove it!

Tom, if you ever want to do house washing, there's plenty that have mold/mildew on the old adobe brick homes. I did this one a few months ago in Oro Valley.

Other than that, great point, we hardly have any mold here. Sucks! East coast boys got it easy! LOL!
