Carwash window Cleaning

I have a car wash bay where the windows need cleaning. mainly hard water and soap -- looks cloudy/streaky. i read other threads on here and am prob gonna use hf.

one question

there are painted metal beams around the builiding..anything i need to do to those to prevent damage?

also, i am not exactly sure what to charge for this. prob not gonna be cheap bc of the ppe required, but what would y'all charge for 50-60 ft car wash w/ 30 panels that measure 3.75 ft by 10 ft??

Do you mean hydrofluoric acid when you say hf?
If so, I'd use that as one of your last resorts. I haven't used this, but I've read good reviews about it: http://shopwindowcleaningresource.com/stone-scrub.html

If they're as bad as you describe, $300 and up, probably far up, would be in order.

One restore will be your best bet. We are doing a car wash bay next week with soap scum windows as well. Takes it right off no harm to windows.

I've done showers with heavy soap and mineral buildup and Stone Scrub worked great. One Restore might do well but make sure to not let it dry on the surface.
Ron made a great point that whatever you choose a UAMCC associate is your best place to buy from.

Been using acid on windows for 30 years . Since this product came out one restore has been my go to product . Best value on the market .

Depends on what I'm doing . Windows , from a rags to using brushes to apply .agitation ,bronze wool , brush and blades to remove oxidation . Used sprayers for rust removal and other applications .

I was told that the solution from the distributors was a ready to go solution and didn't need to be diluted any further. About how much solution do you get out of a gallon?

I cut one restore . You can call EaCo chem for advice or go to there web site .

One Restore worked like a charm. Cut it 50/50 with water. Brushed on let dwell for a few minutes brushed on again. Like new windows.
