A little dihydrogen monoxide applied at 180 degrees on a regular basis would easily take care of this problem.

Unfortunately the PWNA has deemed this chemical far too dangerous to use.

I wonder if birds are required to hold their poop over the water for deposit in an approved waste treatment facility. And where do the poor fish go?

Wow, I cannot believe that there are people in that state that think that way and want to place more financial burdens on those that are out there working for a living.

No wonder so many are leaving that state for a better life, better jobs and to be with people that still have common sense and work ethics.

People are actually leaving California? They must not be leaving the L.A area then because traffic is still a nightmare even at night sometimes.
