We did a job today using it. 1800 Sq ft house and a 1200 Sq ft garage, 18 windows between the two.
Cling is awesome and foams real well. We went 40/60 sh to water, windows were spot free after rinsing with our local hard water that comes in at 21 grains. Something different, this job had some vinyl gutters that were two stories up. They were trashed with dirt and mold but came out 90% clean, the vinyl siding, windows and aluminum trim came out 100% perfect with heavy mold.
I was more impressed with the way the windows turned out than anything else, it's nice to pull away from a job with spotless windows. To me, that's a tie with zero mold and dirt.
No bleach smell at all, completely masked.
We have three more houses this weekend. The one has incredibly hard water based on what I saw and what the homeowner told me. If it rinsed well at 21gpg it should be good at 30ish with iron.
If this stuff sheets well up to 30 grains of hardness with a little iron I could make a killing. I never expect the world with glass but the windows really turned out that good.
