Bob's Elemonator

Based on some of the reviews on it, it's supposed to even be better than Simple Cherry. Plus it comes in liquid form which I like better. I ordered a gallon of it myself.

We did a job today using it. 1800 Sq ft house and a 1200 Sq ft garage, 18 windows between the two.

Cling is awesome and foams real well. We went 40/60 sh to water, windows were spot free after rinsing with our local hard water that comes in at 21 grains. Something different, this job had some vinyl gutters that were two stories up. They were trashed with dirt and mold but came out 90% clean, the vinyl siding, windows and aluminum trim came out 100% perfect with heavy mold.

I was more impressed with the way the windows turned out than anything else, it's nice to pull away from a job with spotless windows. To me, that's a tie with zero mold and dirt.

No bleach smell at all, completely masked.

We have three more houses this weekend. The one has incredibly hard water based on what I saw and what the homeowner told me. If it rinsed well at 21gpg it should be good at 30ish with iron.

If this stuff sheets well up to 30 grains of hardness with a little iron I could make a killing. I never expect the world with glass but the windows really turned out that good.

I have been ready all the reviews and seems to be a great product, Im going to order a gallon and give it a try. Has anyone tried it in their roof cleaning mix to cover up the smell of SH?

reading not ready lol

I've been a Simple Cherry guy for three years now but I just ordered a 5'er of it on Friday and it should arrive Wednesday. I start an 85-unit townhouse condo complex tomorrow and will be trying it out on Thursday. I will post feedback in a week.

do you use it with a roof mix?

Well its to my understanding roof snot is a great "sticky soap" to reduce run off, I havent personally used it yet but i seen a video doug posted and ever since I have been wanting to try it out. I seen how everyone is using elemonator in their house wash mix in replace of simple cherry for a "smell good" additive and SH stabilizer. So i am just wondering if anyone has used elemonator to add to their roof mix and how well it worked? If its a good roof additive as well ill be stocking up on a couple 5 gallons pails

Not trying to start a product debate but as to whether roof snot is good, it is great! It can be used on roofs and house washing.

I have used it on at least 10 house washes so far and just got in some of Russ' "lemonaide" which is a scent to help mask the SH smell.

I just got it in and will try it out soon.
