We own 8 spots on the first page of google. Including paid, 2 youtube videos, and some free sites. For anyone who doubts SEO, check it out. It is impossible for our customers NOT to find us. We just cant seem to clinch that first spot, but we're working on it.

Well it changes everyday, and we always have at least 6 spots on the first page, sometimes we have the whole page, but never for more than a day. My point is with the right placement, it is inevitable for customers to find you.

There are several good books on it at Barnes & Noble and Borders, but I would look on the web first, there are several good websites and forums that teach a lot of the same material.
