10 story building ressure washing Myrtle Beach JL Pressure Washing

The height is just something that you have to get used to. My 60' bucket truck felt a little bit odd when you take it straight up and over the front to work out in front of the truck like out over roofs and on buildings. When I was 10 years old my dad bought a 55' bucket truck and he would let me take it up and learn how to drop trees fast as most of the guys were afraid of heights so they would not go up in it, it was cool!

After years of non-use, the hoses started to dry-rot and seals started drying up so he would have to spend about $1000 every few years and then sold it as he just did not use it that much.

The tall manlifts are great as you can drive them while working instead of worrying about outriggers, taking it down, stopping work, etc.... just move it some and keep on working then move it more.

Highest I have done is 12 story buildings, a lot of times the customer is scared of the price of the lift by the day and sometimes it is a dealbreaker but I explain to them that they can call the rental place to see for themself what they cost to rent. What amazes me is how little diesel they use, I always bring several of the 5 gallon diesel containers to top off the tanks when done and a lot of times the full day is less than 10 gallons used.
Great pictures Jeff.

Ya diesel is way better than gas lifts.

Here one place has some great prices on the 125' lifts, usually about $1500 per day but after 3 days you get the rest of the week for free. Longer rentals are after 3 weeks you get the 4th week free. Not sure of longer periods than that.

When I was washing the airport radar tower, this 125' lift had sway each side of about 4' but was sturdy on gravel, especially when you extend the wheels out for going up high.

Nice work Jeff
Here's a 10 story high dryvit building we did Monday. Another one with a lot of mold & mildew to remove. We used the same 125 foot lift from the job the week before. Had 1 day rental left. I originally quoted this for renting an 80ft lift. Since I had a day left on the 125 footer I asked this property if I could move the date up from Wednesday to Monday, saved me a days 80 foot rental, a lot more $$$ in my pocket and I took a couple hundred off their bill.

This cleaned up real nice, the foot print of this building was real small, they just wanted the front done, we cleaned this in 3 hours, set up to roll Easy$$$$

Here's some before & after pics
