We are looking into a Southeastern roundtable before asking vendors ect , we would love your feedback on the best time for everyone , so I am doing a multiple choice poll , vote on as many of the months listed that you could possibly attend so we will know better how to schedule

Please if you have no intention of attending do not vote ..... Remember we can see your votes they are public, be professional , this is going to be a very professional , educational and informative and hopefully a large attendance , I am also looking for anyone who wants to help in planning or vendors who plan on attending as well
 
January or February are best for me. I really wanted to get to the ACR event but it just wasn't in the cards this year. An event like this within driving distance would be great.
 
I am hoping to get it in around the 1st of Feb or end of Jan , I am going to wait and see how it goes on commitments , and then I will contact the vendors ect , I am sure Bob will make it and Tracy from Sunbrite told me they would make it last year if I did it as well , I would love to have some demos and marketing classes and a few speakers as well , I will need some help though , I want this one to be "top shelf" if I am gonna be involved , maybe some softwash demos , roof cleaning , maybe even a hood demo ? Chemicals and Equipment , Wood restoration folks !....... and more
 
I'd like some marketting speakers and speakers about chems in general, like what we use everyday and why it works

I like seeing PW equipment too

How about getting Joe Walters Insurance to speak, theres a lot guys just dont know. They think they are covered and may not be

I just want to take a minuite to clarify a few things ,, I am in high hopes we can really pull thisoff and we have a HUGE turn out !

We are really going to put forth a lot of effort to make sure this is a quality meeting with everyone involved , yes we are going to have some distributors , it would not be a roundtable with out them , but that will not be my main focus , I hope to address many problems in our industry and devolip a network of individuals with a common goal , that goal being united together to promote , educate and move our industry into the future. I hope to have Marketing as well as organization meeting and I am open to any and all suggestions as to who and what type topics , no offense to the distributors , I am not putting you on the back burner because I am sure we are as always excited about new stuff and quality stuff , I just want to somehow acheive something special here , something different , where we dont just walk away and say that is good stuff , I hope to really work during this weekend and put something in motion !

Any suggestions ? How about you Ron ? Michael ? someone ?
 
I think you are certainly on the right track - have a few concerns about the magnitude versus time frame but hey.....where there's a will there's a way. Anything I can do, just call me :)

february is good, ill try to make it (meaning, convincing dad to take off for the weekend)
 
I think Russ if you have a lawyer friend that could come in and talk about how to approch the goverment on these water restrictions and how to try and get gov. asistance for these pressure washers

Mike, educate the local offices that your a solution to the problem not the problem. Pressure washing reduces water usage to the conventional methods.

Pressure washing is the solutions, not the answer but reduces usage in half or better in most cases. when using reclaimations it can be hundreds more effective.
 
We are going to have it at the Courtyard BY Marriot which is located next to a new Robert Trent Jones golf course, you need to let me know if there is something more you would like as an added "stress reliever" but we are going to focus on several topics that have been brought up this year and I feel some golf or just a few hour break will be good for everyone, I am looking to the middle or end of Feb, so let me know about dates it will be for 2 days
