Man he was lucky, being a fireman I have been to alot of wrecks and he is real luck to be alive. God was riding with him!!

Thats great news. If you look at those pictures where the wood impaled his Van, take a close look and you don't see any blood. Yes they could have cleaned up the Van but nothing on the wood that is a very good sign.

Also from the looks of that picture......I'd say Jonathon got real lucky...Somebody was in there watching over him because those two pieces are way to close for comfort.

That shattered proof windshield at the speed he hit that fence my guess is those pieces of glass at that speed might have cut his eye and face. That stuff hit him at whatever speed he was going at the point of impact.

Those pictures are about as close as I seen where the driver was not blasted.
I'd say he was pretty lucky there.

First thing I noticed was the damage to the upholstery at the 10 o'clock position. Ouch
