I want to send a HUGE thank you to Chris from Apple Roof Cleaning. Also to Lori and Rex from Pressure Washer Products.

First to Chris and his son, thank you for all your knowledge, support, and open lines even during business hours. Your knowledge helped me carry out the roof cleaning without a hitch. Your support gave me the confidence to proceed with the job knowing I had all your skills behind me. Your open lines re-assured me even when I had my doubts. I want you to know how much it is appreciated that you would go out of your way to help someone whom you have never met. This job has and will open many doors for my company.

Lori and Rex, I don't want to sound like a broken record but thank you for your knowledge, support, open lines and your efficiency. You have gained a client for life and I appreciate everything. Thank you for your open communication and speed of service, without that this job would have been a disaster. Lori, thank you for looking out for my hard earned $, that means a lot! Thank you for setting me up with the right amount of products for the job and providing your knowledge as well.
Rex, thanks for the open line. Thank you for trouble shooting the fatboy issues for me. I would have been lost and stuck in the middle of the job with no clue if it were not for you. One phone call and you got me back up running in no time at all.

To everyone else listen to Chris he knows his stuff and will not steer you wrong. Also if you are going to buy products & supplies for your biz go to PWP. They will go out of there way to take care of you and not stick you just cause they can. They want you as a customer and are just as concerned about your budget as you are!

I will be posting pics soon the roof turned out great, the client is very pleased and this was the smoothest process because of these guys!

THANK YOU

Joe, Chris Tucker is the Roof cleaning Master that for sure.

Apple Roof In Tampa Flroida is one of the best roof cleaners in the country. Chris and the RCIA have a top notch association with many roof cleaners helping each other throughout the country.

The Directory for Roof cleaners for residential customers accross the USA is priceless.

RCIA will continue to put dollars into pockets of roof cleaners accross the country.

Your statements are great for all customer and roofer washers to know that Chris Tucker knows his art.

He is a great teacher and the RCIA is making steps forward into the industry to advance the Preffession further into the future.

:bow-down:Chris and Jamie are pros for sure.....I would easily say that they brought roof cleaning to the masses for sure.:bow-down:

As for the the other stuff.....Hmmmm I smell a shill for sure....

Joe are you coming to Tampa? If so bring PWP crew in for a meet and greet. Would love to see them in person.

---------------A shill is a person who is paid to help another person or organization to sell goods or services. The shill pretends to have no association with the seller/group and gives onlookers the impression that he or she is an enthusiastic customer. The person or group that hires the shill is using crowd psychology, to encourage other onlookers or audience members (who are unaware of the set-up) to purchase said goods or services. Shills are often employed by confidence artists. -------------

Thats kind of a double edge sword.

It is like they say, you have to take the good with the bad unfortunately.

Out of the kindness of Chris's heart helping a lot of guys around the country learn how to clean roofs, he also helped the lowballers and hacks in his area learn how also but they are now destroying the market there, it is truly a shame.

Thanks Chris for all your help.

Thats my point. I resent it on one hand, but wouldnt be in business without it on the other.

Thanks for saying it Chris, I have wanted to for a LONG time. But for every local slime ball that cuts everyones throat, there is another quality local guy we are proud to call a new friend. Some don't make it in the roof cleaning business in Tampa. It is very competitive here.
But seldom a month or 2 goes by that we don't hear this "Hello, we need to get our roof cleaned, XYZ Roof Cleaning In Tampa did us 3 years ago, he is no longer in business, but suggested we call his teachers"

For every cut throat slime ball Chris, there are wonderful local people out cleaning roofs in Tampa, simply trying to put food on the table, in a messed up economy.

I am proud of my Son Jamie Chris. It seems the values of helping and being of service to others have rubbed off on him. Many times people call here for help and I am flat out of it on the couch, taking my daily Nap. He will give me my messages, I return the calls, only to find out he has already spent an hour with them himself! That makes me feel good :thumbup2:

Wow, Thank You.
That was a BIG Slate Roof !!!!!!! Sure hope you got some before and after roof cleaning pics of that one ? It will aid your portfolio.

Not really, only if your not involved.

Association throughout time have been positive twords raising standards in most industrys.

This in itself can help consumers effectively determine the hacks from the real guys.

If the trade association has a simple program telling the consumer the things to look out for.

People get worried about the competition when if they all where on the same page the hack stands not chance and the prices for the trade remain higher and more profitable.

Raising the standards in any trade and uniting the industry is what makes progress.

Progress is good and will help breed competition not morons that hurt the industry. They will still exist but will not have a voice with a collective body promoting the correct practices.

Its that simple and some just do not believe or want to understand that a larger good is better for all.

I think your missing the point! This was a thank you to Chris, Lori and Rex. This post has nothing to do with you or your experiences with a company. Like I said Chris told me what to do and I followed it to a tee. I was referred to PWP, they took care of me and that's why they are being thanked for their diligence.

Neither one of you have to worry about a low balling hack here. So let me put your worries to rest regarding my case. First I want to mention that Chris did make it clear to me that I needed to charge a decent price and not undercut ppl in the area. Secondly, I bid this job out 5 months ago for well over double what you and others suggested for me to quote. I would just have to say 5 months was worth the wait. I am in business to make money not to work my but off for pennies. There are newbies who actually want to better business for all of us, not just try to make a quick buck.

all people have opinions, some more vocal than others, We all should remain pro's.

You are welcome Chris. I did get pics will post them soon. Also waiting for a good rain for some better after pics. Plus there is a clause in my contract with the school that I need approval to use them so I am waiting for that. Shouldn't be long and I will have them up.

yawn.

Wow, you got over $8k for that roof? Great job. Not much competition up that way?

Thanks Scott, sure did. Yeah, i've got competition up here, but not near as much as you have there. Shoot Houston is only about 3 or 4 times the size of Tulsa. I just don't want to be out of business in a year. There is good money to be made doing what we do. It's easy for low ballers to undercut but by there nature they don't want to work or aim to please. That's why they come and go so quickly. People who want quality work done will pay, those who don't will get shotty work and eventually come calling, lol.

Congrats! And you have built a relationship with Tucker that last for years.
LOL Dwayne, ANYONE that can clean a big slate roof like that, and get 8 k for it too, I am proud of!
He can call me for advice anytime
