Envirospec has developed a new roof cleaner concentrate that is bleach stable and offers exceptional cleaning on all types of surfaces. This product will be avilable for sale on July 1, 2008. How would you like to see it packaged?
 
Is it a soap that you add to the bleach like Bob's Simple Cherry or like Dawn?

Is it a caustic where you need some pressure to lift the stains?

Is it an Oxygenated Bleach that needs some pressure to lift the stains?
 
Hey guys, John Allison of Envirospec is "old school".
I have NOTHING but respect for John.
The man knows his stuff.
I can't imagine it being no good.
The ONLY reason I asked what is in it was so I could make a suggestion of HOW much is needed.

There is NO "perfect" roof additive.'
There are different schoools of thought as to what is best.
Simple Cherry has it;s place, it smells goood, and no worries about it hurting stuff.
Powerhouse is some wicked good stuff, maybe best for really dirty stuff.

Apple Sauce is good, but has solubility problems, and Apple Cider burns up the Mix IF left too long.

Lets see what John Allison has come up with, and how much it costs ?
 
Without getting too specific the product is a blended concentrate cleaner with high grade surfactants and micro emulsion capabilities. It, like all of our chemicals, is blended with no fillers or additives for weight and designed as a "super concentrate" so 5 gallons of concentrate will mix out to as much as 20 gallons of downstream-able soap. Offering further dilutions for direct spray situations like a shurflo.
 
Is it sodium percarbonate, Sodium Hydroxide,or sodium hydrochlorite based? I will go ahead and guess and say it is sodium percarbonate based. Send me some I will test it. I am already testing some for a company from up north.

No, no and no. It is an alkaline base cleaner to be used with or without the 12% you are using.
 
Ok, will it be a pressure or a non pressure chemical? Is there a reason you won't tell us what is in it?
