So I'm having trouble with a hot box I didn't buy from Russ. In fact the internet outfit I bought it from is MIA. I had a problem with it a week ago. I call Russ and describe the symptoms. This trouble shooting can be trouble when you the unit in front of you. I don't know how he does it over the phone. But after a couple of rounds of calls he figured it out and I had my machine back up making money.
I need to apologize to Russ for getting busy and not calling him back and thanking him.
You guys thinking about buying equipment need to consider service after the sale. The only problem I have with Russ is he's 2 hours away. Even with that any new equipment or anything that needs hands on service I would go to him before I'd use the locals.
