What do you think about the rk-47 from Delco? 3000psi ,5gal per minute,12 volt burner,200 degree heat. Does anyone use one. Anyone know this equipment?

Im just starting out. My question is. Can you do flat work,building cleaning and wharehouse floors with a cold water unit. I have been looking at a unit that has. 4000 psi with 4 to 5 gpm flow. Would this be a good starter unit? Would this do the job with the right chems? Thanks in advance.
