I want to lower the pressure coming out of my pressure washer. I tried to turn to adjust the pressure and it won’t move in any direction. My pressure washer is brand new Any ideas why It would be stuck ?

I live in Saint Augustine Florida. I’m starting a new business I’ll be just cleaning driveways walkways and patios. I have a Simpson 4200 psi 4 gallons per minute pressure washer.And a 20 inch surface cleaner. Thank you for having me.
