surface cleaners I have a few Q's about surface cleaners....1st is what if any surface cleaner do u use on tile kitchen floors (one with wheels like a twister or without like a whirly 20 in ). 2nd ..what is the pro's and cons with the peice of equipment you choose for commercial kitchens...

I was wondering if anyone had any good input about water wash hoods.Is there any diffrent procedures in the cleaning process.Is there a way to see if the drain holes are working like dumping a glass of water in the plenum area ? thanks Bryan Brimage
