Looks like more work to pre and post treat. If you can clean it with a surface cleaner and have to post treat with sh to remove organic stains, Why pre treat ? I know here in florida there is no bubble that are taking off the algea stains only the SH does it. just my two cents, I have not used the product so I am not saying it doesn't work or help the process just seems like a waste of money for flat work
How do you restore
Propowerwash.com admin...we need a like button for these posts.Pre treat here in florida is useful yes, but the post treat here is more important with sh.
Well Kasey if you lay down a strong mix prior to cleaning the concrete let it work for 15-20 minutes you want have to post treat because the chemicals have done there part. Now you just walk along with the surface cleaner and rinse an your done. But each person has there on way of doing things if the end result is a happy customer we are all right.
Also your not saving much time if your pretreating then cleaning, vs just cleaning and doing a sh post treat if needed. Everyone has their own methods, whatever floats your boat.
