Apartment building breezeway cleaning JL pressure washing in Myrtle Beach SC

You got it made up there with all that Vinyl siding, all low pressure and rinsing gota love it !!

When are you and your family going to be at Disney? If you want to make a side trip to the Tampa Bay area I can hook you up with a day on the Gulf?

Hallways are a huge pita! Would like to try a vacuum spinner for those.

Nice work, I love the pic of the worker taping off the mailboxes. Shows you go the extra mile. Nice work!

We do a ton of covering, just makes sense. I have seen a ton of damage from others over the years. One property had over 50 Exit lights fried by a company. The property was scared to have the buildings washed again. I met with the HOA and showed them what we do. The job went great and we still do it every year

We had a apartment property on the 3rd floor there was no flashing or caulking, nothing behind the vinyl at floor level and it leaked a lot, they said keep going. They had it on 1st & 2nd floor, I stopped the job, went and wrote up a waiver to have them sign and we went on after that.

Most breezeways are no problem at all

We did some like that last month. They had done a good job of keeping them fairly clean. I don't know what we wouldve done if they had been very dirty.

As it was we were able to idle the machines down, move quick and broom like crazy. They were extremely happy when they didn't have water intrusion problems for the first time.
