What chems are you going to use? seems like you will have to be carefull with the grass right there.

Russ...nice. Looks like the wall is made up of McNear retaining wall blocks or something similiar.

I see the lifts in the background which could only mean post construction. Gotta love it...no pedesterian's walking around.

Good catch!

thats right Carlos, not even open yet, we already secured the maintenance contract on the property and the property manager referred us to the builder for the post construction clean up as well , not a bad little add on and we are doing all the flatwork before the grand opening and then again every 3 months, it is a nice deal to go along with the other 33 properties we are doing already best thing is , its 5 miles from home!

We have to hurry and get done we are leaving for a 8 state tour doing 37 large shopping centers and then back to do a zoo after the season in October and then starting a year long gig in the next town over. I love this recession !

One of our crews just got back from Montana the week of the 11th. We are doing a resort there. Not only installing the veneer stones in the lobby but doing all the concerete install around the pool and the sidewalks. Once the construction is done then we will walk right in and do the cleaning. Depending on the timing we may sub the cleaning work out as we already have comitments in New Mexico around that time.

Congrats on your success Russ!

Hey Russ, are you going out of town for the gum natzi,s...:D where are you heading?

....I'm hoping PWI will become the place where people will freely state how much the charge for services, and how much money they make per year:D

(Last one is for you, Ron....I've been asking you for years now to share with me how much $$ you make:) )

Most of my pricing is on my site http://www.prokleenpressurewashing.com/CommercialEstimate.html

but in these cases it is by the job , I will be glad to post it after I am done next week but not before ..... this one is pretty big and I dont want to jinx myself ;)

I will be there but only to drive, bringing Senior Mario for the heights. I don't like anything higher than the bed of my truck. lol
